StarControls offers two main consultation services, StarNavigate and StarWatch.
StarNavigate
StarNavigate is a need analysis process. It supports “green field” customers with no automation in place, and are looking for guidelines and recommendations. It also aims to support customers with existing system that are willing to expand or optimize it.
StarNavigate navigates the customer through NEED ANALYSIS process, where relevant aspects of operations will be evaluated. Few examples for evaluation points are:

The outcome is a document with recommendations that addresses the needs. In some cases customer can use this document, with some modifications, as an RFP (Request For Proposal) document.
